About agopo

agopo is a document vault and personal assistant for Indian families, built by Navin Lalwani. By signing up and using agopo, you agree to these terms.

Your account

• You must be 18 or older to use agopo.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
• One account per person — do not share login credentials.

Your documents

You own everything you upload. By uploading a document, you grant agopo a limited licence to store, process, and display it to you and invited family members. We do not use your documents for any other purpose.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload files you add to agopo. Do not upload documents belonging to third parties without their consent.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload illegal content or documents obtained fraudulently.
• Attempt to access another user's vault without their permission.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse our APIs.
• Use agopo for any commercial purpose without written consent.

AI processing

agopo uses Google Gemini AI to read and categorise your documents. AI output is an interpretation, not a legal or medical opinion. Always verify important document details yourself. We are not responsible for errors in AI-generated summaries or classifications.

Service availability

agopo is provided "as is." We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for data loss, though we take backups seriously. Always keep copies of critical documents in other safe places.

Free tier

agopo is currently free. We may introduce paid plans in the future and will give existing users at least 30 days notice before any change that affects their access.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. On deletion, your data is permanently removed within 7 days.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
